We started this website in 2002 because
we are impressed by the works of art created by the
Czech painter
and graphic-artist Frantisek Šimon,
who gave himself the
artistic name Tavik František
Šimon
and is worldwide known as T.F. Šimon.
Tavik
is the family name of his mother. T.F. Šimon ranks among the greatest artists of the first half of the
20th century.
That he is one of the best graphic artists of the world is
well-known to his many admirers since the early days of the last century,
especially in Czechia,
France, Slovakia and USA.
